The Aldrich Law Group was founded in 2003 as a full service business law firm with particular
emphasis in serving as outside General or Corporate Counsel to mid-sized, closely held corporate
entities. Firm attorneys bring a practical business perspective to the practice of law with an eye
towards long and short term strategic and financial planning, litigation and litigation management.
Members of the Firm have extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters
involving corporate and partnership dissolution, bankruptcy litigation for both creditors and debtors,
director and officer liability, real estate fraud, contractual disputes, legal malpractice and a significant
number of appellate cases resulting in several published opinions.
Firm attorneys are experienced in handling domestic and international transactions valued up to $50
million. Transactional matters handled routinely by the Firm include the merger, acquisition,
management and sale of existing businesses, intellectual property, commercial real estate and income
property. The Firm has developed a particular expertise in representing entrepreneurs in the
formation, structuring and restructuring of corporate entities for asset protection, debt restructuring,
the private placement of securities and raising venture capital.
Beyond representation of corporate entities, Firm attorneys also represent corporate executives in
negotiating compensation packages, employment contracts, estate planning, and, when necessary,
golden handshakes.
Building a partnership with each client while striving to understand the inner workings of their business
is the cornerstone of the Firm’s practice. Only by understanding the intricacies of a client’s business
can firm attorneys provide effective assistance. Based on this philosophy, a significant amount of time
and energy is expended in understanding not only a client’s business, but the industries in which it
